Tom Rogers - A Great Drupal Resource

I found a great resource in Drupal today, a Brit named Tom Rogers. Seems he's been putting up tutorials about various tech subjects for a couple years now, and his Drupal ones have been most helpful to me. Check out by the one below, which introduces theming.
I'm really impressed with his knowledge and ability to clearly explain concepts like CSS and the intricacies of various modules, especially since he's so young (13). It is the first time in my life that the tables have turned--I'm no longer the kid showing the older person how it's done. I guess that sort of thing starts happening when you are nearing 30. Yikes.
I'm also impressed that he's opened himself up and published a ton of instructional vids while himself having visible cerebral palsy. When people started making fun of the way he spoke in his comments, he was quick to post a video explaining his condition (and the fact that he was going to keep posting vids regardless), with bravery and maturity that really impressed me. This dude is both a Drupal resource par excellence and an inspiration. Thanks Tom for the information and good on ya mate.
Since discovering his youtube channel this afternoon, I have since implemented the Token and Pathauto modules so I can have "pretty URL's". Many improvements are ahead as I go thru more of Tom's uploads.
